Refund Policy

Introduction

This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through AIDance (also referred to as "Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") at aidancevideo.io. Refunds are available only when the conditions below are met.

Refund Request Period

You may request a refund within 10 days of purchase.

Eligibility Conditions

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following must apply:

• Credit usage must be below 20% of the applicable allocation: the credits allocated for the first month of the annual subscription covered by your refund request, or the credits allocated to the purchase covered by your refund request for monthly subscriptions and one-time purchases. For annual subscriptions, the full year’s credits are not used to calculate this percentage.
• Refund requests must be sent by email to hi@aidancevideo.io
• Include the email address associated with your account and the reason for your request
• Include your order number or transaction ID to help us process the request

Refund Processing

• We will review your request within 5 business days of receipt
• Approved refunds are issued through the original payment method
• You will receive a confirmation email once a refund is approved
• Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Credit purchases or subscriptions where 20% or more of the applicable credit allocation defined under Eligibility Conditions has been used. For annual subscriptions, this means 20% or more of the first month’s credit allocation
• Custom enterprise plans (contact us to discuss alternatives)
• Promotional or discounted purchases explicitly marked as non-refundable

Subscription Cancellations

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not refund partial billing periods
• You retain access to the Service until the end of your paid period
